Wish kid Hutsen, age 6, is battling a Wilm’s Tumor. He is vivacious, energetic and loves trucks. On May 2nd he will be surprised by Make-A-Wish Missouri when his wish to have a truck playset is granted. Hutsen chose a playset as his wish because he wanted something big enough for all three of his siblings to play on. The playset design came to life thanks to John Campos of Campos Design and Michael Shea of Rosemann & Associates, P.C as well as structural engineer Randy Jasper of Alper Audi, Inc. Construction of this unique wish is thanks to generous donations by Apex Construction. Though not typically what they build, Apex Construction went above and beyond to create a playset that the whole family will enjoy. Construction has begun but the final design will be a surprise for Hutsen as the playset will be covered in a tarp until the May 2 BBQ celebration with friends and family. Hutsen has more to celebrate than a unique wish, he will also be celebrating his 7th birthday!
