The Kids for Wish Kids® program is designed to give young people the opportunity to sponsor wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.  It provides kids and teens the chance to participate in fundraising efforts and to spread awareness about Make-A-Wish® within their community.

Kids for Wish Kids is extremely popular among schools, honors & service groups, church groups, sports teams and more!  Each group or individual has complete ownership of the program and is responsible for carrying it out.  Teachers and parents often serve as advisors, but the group is completely responsible for the management of their project.

The Kids for Wish Kids Program:

  • Builds team spirit
  • Supports and encourages interaction among students, teachers and parents
  • Provides a positive learning experience about life-threatening medical conditions and demonstrates ways everyone can make a difference.
  • Promotes the values of community service and fulfills community service requirements
